Free Followup Coaching
To support people in applying their learning we offer every delegate one month of free follow-up coaching on the subject of the workshop. This gives them the opportunity to ask any questions, seek advice on how to use any of the tools, models or theories in practical ways or deepen their understanding of the subject covered.

Using our unique R.E.D. customer service model we teach delegates how to deliver an excellent customer experience based on managing customer expectation.
Effective Communication
Communication is very complex, one size does not fit all. In this course you will learn the importance of understanding a number of different communication styles and discover how to adapt your style to one that best fits the situation.
Dealing With Difficult Situations
We are often faced with difficult situations at work, here we give people the understanding and skills they need to face these situations confidently and manage them successfully.

Coaching skills are highly desirable and play an imporant role in motivation, developing trust and achieving successful outcomes. This course takes our years of coaching experience and provides delegates with the practical skills they need to be able to take a coaching approach both personally and in their interactions with others.

How Much Does Training Cost?
Our one-day workshops for up to 20 delegates start from as little as £1,500 (just £75 per delegate and are inclusive of training materials, a course workbook/toolkit containing all the tools and models taught, and our basic follow up coaching support (worth up to another £1,500). There are discounts available for booking multiple courses. However, please contact us for a quote as training needs vary from organisation to organisation and we offer a variety of flexible packages to ensure that you get the best value for your money.
How is Training Delivered?
Our in-house courses are usually delivered at your venue, but if you do not have any suitable facilities then we can arrange one for you. Don’t worry, all costs will be fully explained and agreed before we begin delivery. Each workshop is facilitated by one of our experienced trainers and is available for up to 20 delegates. If you have larger groups then we can arrange co-delivery with either another of our trainers or with trainer support.
We recognise that it is not always easy to release staff for long periods of time so we are flexible in how we can deliver your course and have provided half day, full day and multiple day programmes.
Our online webinars allow delegates to log in through a device connected to the internet and receive a live presentation from one of our trainers. Delegates can ask questions and will be actively engaged throughout the session.
A digital version of the course booklet will be provided and recordings of the session can be arranged for your future use.
Online self paced courses are custom built modules that can be accessed via the internet. Delegates will be given an account to log in and work through modules of the course at their own pace at any time.
These courses can include videos, downloadable resources, interactive elements and assignments to make sure delegates get the most out of their online learning.
